Descube is on the lookout for talented UI/UX Designers to join our creative and rapidly growing team. Job Responsibility:
- Create modern UI/UX designs by understanding business requirements.
- Conduct in-depth research to generate fresh concepts for designs, layouts, and visual elements.
- Work closely with both the design and development teams to achieve cohesive and impactful.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and usability across all digital products.
Qualifications:
- A clear understanding of user experience principles, design and prototyping tool.
- A keen eye for visual aesthetics, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and ability to take constructive feedback from other designers.
- Positive mindset with a can-do attitude, with the ability to work independently and collaborative as part of a team.
- Must be honest, loyal, ethical, and have good manners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Having template design experience in Theme-forest or Webflow is huge plus.

Experience :
- At least 2 – 3 years.
